From application through post-closing, Highland is committed to a paperless process. Our easy-to-use mobile application allows you to upload digital copies of your files and communicate effortlessly with your loan officer.

We utilize Adobe e-signature for in process letters of explanation or unique borrower requests. Borrower acknowledgements to all documents are managed through the cloud and our e-closing platform even lets clients preview and sign their closing package electronically. After closing, Highland stores encrypted digital copies of documents in accordance with federal law. So long, paper.
