BoxCar Mortgage loan officers and staff use their business phone numbers to have one-to-one text conversations with customers and prospective borrowers who agree to receive texts. Messages are about your mortgage inquiry, application or loan, such as answering your questions, requesting documents, scheduling appointments and loan status updates. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this service. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any loan or purchase.

Opting in:

You opt in by giving your mobile number to a BoxCar Mortgage employee and agreeing to receive texts. When an employee first texts you, you'll receive a message confirming that you've opted in. By opting in, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy (https://highlandmtg.com/privacy)

Message frequency:

Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with our team.

Costs:

We don't charge for text messages, but message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan.

Help:

Reply HELP to any message, call 404-850-0959, or email support@highlandmtg.com.

Opting out:

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE also work. Because this is person-to-person messaging, an opt-out applies to the employee phone number you reply to. You'll receive one text confirming your opt-out. Reply START to resume.

Carriers:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Electronic records:

By agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw that consent by replying STOP.

Text message privacy

We use the information you provide through this service only to send your messages and respond to you, including sharing it with the platform providers and wireless carriers that deliver messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We may disclose information when required by law.
