Martha Cunningham

Helping the people of Tifton (and surrounding areas) realize of the dream of homeownership has been a passion of Martha’s since 2012. As a licensed Real Estate Agent and property manager from 2012 – 2017, she assisted in helping hundreds of families find the right home at the right time in their lives. She transitioned to the mortgage industry in 2017 as a Loan Officer Assistant and quickly found her niche as she assisted multiple top producing Originators. Her attention to detail and strong work ethic has helped her to provide top notch service to clients and colleagues. As a licensed Originator, she has incorporated her knowledge of the process from each level into creating a streamlined and professional mortgage experience for each client.

Martha and her husband Chris live in Sumner, GA and have 3 amazing sons, Brandon, Bailey and Bo and 2 beautiful dogs, Baela and Bam. Martha enjoys all things sports, spending time with family and friends and spoiling her pups!
