Martha Cunningham

Helping the people of Tifton (and surrounding areas) realize the dream of homeownership has been a passion of Martha’s since 2012. As a licensed Real Estate Agent and property manager from 2012 to 2017, she assisted in helping hundreds of families find the right home at the right time in their lives. She transitioned to the mortgage industry in 2017 as a Loan Officer Assistant and quickly found her niche by assisting multiple top-producing Originators. Her attention to detail and strong work ethic have helped her to provide top-notch service to clients and colleagues. As a licensed Originator, she has incorporated her knowledge of the process at each level to create a streamlined and professional mortgage experience for each client.

Martha lives in Sumner, GA, and has an office in Tifton! She has 3 boys, Brandon, Bailey, and Bo(Alexis), and 2 dogs, Baela and Bam.

Martha enjoys all things sports, spending time with family and friends and spoiling her sweet granddaughter!
