Conor Malloy has been in the mortgage industry since his birth in 1989. Following in his family's footsteps, he is proficient in all areas however he specializes in First-Time Homebuyers, Investors, Veterans, Conventional, Jumbo and Physician Loans. 

His strong work ethic unmatched communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of how the operations side of the loan process works allows him to consistently exceed his client's expectations. Conor's number one goal is to create a relationship with all clients built on trust and integrity. His clients quickly become family even after leaving the closing table.

Conor is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia. When not working to finance his clients’ homes, you can find him golfing, coaching his niece's basketball team, doing standup comedy and spending quality time with family and friends.
