Bryan Lovell

Bryan Lovell is Maxwell Leadership Team speaker, coach, and trainer.  I joined Highland Mortgage after 13 years at another lender because I believe in the Highland Mortgage vision to create a company for Loan Originators, built by Loan Originators. 

I am a servant leader, invested in others by helping them build big lives and businesses through teaching systems, tools, and models that are designed to help individuals and teams break through ceilings of achievement.  I have had the honor to serve in several Sales Leadership roles across various industries for over 25 years.

My why is to empower individuals and teams to reach their fullest potential.  True fulfillment comes from fostering leadership, personal development, positive change and making the world a better place one individual at a time.

My Mortgage career began in 2007 during some of the most challenging times the industry faced.  In 2011 Bryan followed his passion in helping others achieve their dreams and stepped out of personal production and into a leadership role.   Bryan co-hosted the Contacts to Contracts podcast with over 100 episodes.  

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife of over 25 years and two teenage daughters.  An avid sports fan Bryan enjoys spending time with his friends watching Tampa Bay sports including the Bucs, Rays and Lightning.
