Bryan Lovell is a John Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Coach, and Trainer. He joined Highland Mortgage after 13 years with another lender because he believed in Highland’s vision—a company for Loan Originators, built by Loan Originators.

As a servant leader, Bryan is passionate about helping others build meaningful lives and thriving businesses. He teaches proven systems, tools, and models designed to help individuals and teams break through ceilings of achievement and reach new levels of success.

With over 25 years of experience in Sales Leadership across multiple industries, Bryan has devoted his career to empowering others to discover their unique strengths, grow personally and professionally, and create environments where people can truly thrive.

Bryan’s “why” is simple but powerful: to empower individuals and teams to reach their fullest potential. His greatest fulfillment comes from fostering leadership, personal development, and positive change—making the world a better place, one person at a time.

Bryan began his mortgage career in 2007, navigating some of the industry’s most challenging years. In 2011, he followed his passion for leadership and transitioned from personal production into coaching and management. He also co-hosted the Contacts to Contracts podcast, producing over 100 episodes focused on business growth and leadership.

Outside of work, Bryan loves spending time with his wife of more than 25 years and their two daughters. A lifelong sports fan, an avid golfer, you can often find him with friends cheering on his hometown teams—the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Rays, and Lightning.
